Plastic and Composite
Looking for ABS, polycarbonate, acrylic, Polystyrene, or 3D printed seat or cabin components? We produce a variety of part numbers under our state-of-the-art ‘Thermoforming machine.’ Such as in-arm or bi-fold tables, armrests, cupholders, or plastic shrouds.
Metal Fabrication
We machine and fabricate various metallic components; we repair through pinning, perform required coatings or surface treatments, and conduct necessary tests to fulfill customer requirements. With a team of experienced engineers/designers, we can manufacture and read the most complex drawings in all formats with our latest in-house software.
Curtain and Carpets
We manufacture bespoke ready-to-fit aircraft cabin carpets in wool, nylon, or silk blended with all overlocking options and aircraft curtains from pleated, plain, interlined, or padded. All carpets and curtains satisfy the flammability requirements.
Leather and Fabric
When it comes to manufacturing soft upholstered products, there is no match for Mindtree Aerospace in the Middle east region. You can choose from an extensive range of seat covers from economy to first-class seats, attendant seats, cockpit, VVIP to name a few. We take our manufacturing approach seriously to meet with customer requirements.

Hydrographic Printing
We boast state-of-the-art infrastructure, the right technical skill, and the ability to design any aircraft cabin part irrespective of size or weight. We can offer customers a complete replica on design replacement for worn-out and obsolete parts.

We repair and revitalize your galley equipment like trolleys, containers, and oven racks, to name a few, and make it more sustainable in the long run. With thorough stress/brake tests conducted by our quality team, we ensure all galley equipment is returned with all its spare parts intact.
Restoration and Refurbishment
With our in-house color matching software, three operational paint booths, 15 sewing machineries for different finishes, and a dedicated team of upholsterers, we can turn any worn-out leather into its original condition. We are well-skilled in repairing torn leather too. Ask our customers!
